Graeme Davidson began his love affair with construction as an apprentice in carpentry as a 17 yr old. His passion for building only grew as he established Davidson Constructions in 1972. Not long after Graeme met and married his other great love Bron. With Graeme’s knowledge of building and Bron’s amazing skills of running a business, the two have been working side by side for over 50 years while building a family of their own.

Any client entrusting Graeme with their build will benefit from his years of industry and construction knowledge. He will provide every client with respect, options, ideas and a skill set next to none.

The backbone of the business. Her interpersonal skills are something we can all dream to aspire to but only few can achieve. Bron keeps the team united and always on track, while doing all the non-construction work any company needs to function. She’s the listening ear, the quiet understanding node and the gentle push for Graeme. Every business needs a Bron!

Site Manager

Andrew Vanderzaag

Andrew brings a strong 22 years of construction knowledge to our business. His skill set allows him to work under all different banners including renovation work, extensions, and custom builds. With his experience as a site manager, and his ability to schedule projects, this leaves no stone unturned. He has a genuine passion for constructing homes and thoroughly enjoys building on client relationships during the building process. Building Co-Ordinator

Emma Davidson

Em, as she is fondly known to the team and our business partners, is our pre site guru. Looking after the behind-the-scenes administration, no job has progressed to site without passing through her desk. She supports the site managers and operations team at the drop of a hat, including looking after the on boarding of any new recruits. When asked what drives her daily, her response is “it’s rewarding supporting my parents” and we think that’s special.

Jackie Cavner

We have recently welcomed Jackie to the Davidson Building Group team. Jackie comes to us with over 20 years of industry knowledge in sales and marketing. Previously having worked with award winning builders, Jackie strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients and our business. She has an extensive understanding of both Greenfields and Knockdown Rebuild requirements.

Her much valued caring and nurturing nature, ensures she listens well to you, our clients. Jackie has an invaluable respect to the specific needs and wants of your family. Her appreciation for guiding our clients through the design and sales process is admirable and widely respected within the industry. Operations Manager

Tamara Himmerman

Joining Davidson Building Group as a Project Manager, Tamara’s experience and skill set saw her promoted to Operations Manager in no time. She is capably running the day to day operations, while utilizing her 20 years in the residential construction industry. Her experience and knowledge stems from time spent with Volume builders, Custom builders as well as Boutique builders. An integral part of the head office team, she believes that every job is unique, and every client should be treated with kindness, respect and dignity.

Dave Miokovic

David is one of our longest serving members of the Davidson Team. His calculator skills are bar none! He has earnt a degree in bookkeeping and accountancy. Dave has supported Bron, Gra, their family and the business for 20 years. A gentle giant with an equally gentle heart. His dedication and commitment to overseeing the financials of the business, our clients, trades and suppliers is invaluable. We know with certainty our jobs are always in good hands with Dave.
