I am currently engaging Davidson Building Group to construct my new home as part of a knockdown and rebuild project, which is now approaching the lock‑up stage. The company was one of two custom builders recommended to me through Homeshelf, after larger volume builders were unable to provide a floorplan that met my specific requirements. From my initial contact with the Davidson team, I have been consistently impressed by their exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. Max and his team took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget. After several carefully considered revisions, we finalised a design that aligned precisely with my expectations.

Throughout this process, the advice provided was thorough and well‑informed, and my concerns and preferences were always fully acknowledged. As someone not fully versed in current building trends, I greatly valued their expertise during the selection of fixtures and finishes. Consultations at Paco Jaanson for bathroom fixtures and at Inspiration Studios for colours and other fittings were particularly beneficial. Their team listened attentively, offered professional guidance, and ensured that I never felt pressured into choices that did not align with my vision.
